Questions
- When does my first envelope leave?Envelopes are sent on the 20th of each month. Subscribe before the 18th at 8:00, Paris time, and you get that month’s. After that, your subscription starts with the following month’s envelope, and you are charged each month for the month ahead.
- How long does delivery take?All envelopes are shipped from France. Delivery to the US can take up to one month, depending on postal delays.
- My envelope hasn’t arrivedIf it hasn’t arrived by the 20th of the following month, don’t worry: write to me and I’ll include the missing letter with your next one.logbookclub.help@gmail.com
